I’m so sick of drinking soda and iced tea, so I picked up a few packets of one of my favorite drinks as a kid, Black Cherry Kool Aid and I’m thrilled to have something different to drink on these hot summer days. Kool Aid, Kool Aid, Tastes Great, Wish We Had Some, Can’t Wait!

In like a lamb. As much as I have been looking forward to nicer weather, now that we have warmer temps, I am a little nervous. If the old saying of  “In like a lamb, out like a lion,” is true, then the bad weather will be coming back again before this month is over. I hope that does not prove true this year. We have had enough bad weather ans the kids have missed too much school already.

Just when you think there couldn’t possibly be any snow left in the heavens above the weather man tells us to expect another foot of snow in the next couple of days, arg…………..

I’m so tired of winter. Hopefully spring will come and rescue us from all of this extreme weather that we have been experiencing these past few months.

I think there is nothing as silly looking as an old man driving a sports car.  The weather was wonderful today, and while I was driving home from running errands I saw an old man driving a convertible sports car with the top down.  I wanted to shout at him “You look so silly, old man!”

But, that would be very rude of me!  So I just shook my head and kept quiet!

Whenever I see an old man driving a sports car like that, it makes me think that he is trying desperately to feel young and sexy once again.  I guess there is nothing wrong with that, but I think it makes them look desperate and sad.  Like old women in mini-skirts and plunging necklines look desperate and sad!

Here it is almost the end of July. I can’t believe that days are all ready getting shorter and before we know it we will be getting into the holiday season, once again. OMG!
