It’s a sign of the times, what with gas prices up once again, and the dollar is still waydown. It seems life is much more expensive today and I ‘m definitely not making anymore in order to keep up with it all. Most people I know are trying to do more with less, and now I am considering doing less with less.
I have certainly been traveling less, less road trips, less trips to the stores by making more purchases on-line in an effort to save more gasoline. Vacations have been less the past several years, and I don’t see myself booking and trips to exotic locations with expensive hotels any time soon.
Something definitely needs to give here, and soon.

A couple of weeks ago I signed up for a new customer loyalty card with Sheetz. It will give me 3 cents off per gallon of gas when ever I present my card at the time of purchase. I all ready buy gas at Sheetz 99% of the time, the almost always have the cheapest price for gas and cigarettes, which I spend way too much money on each week.
I received an email from them today telling me that I can go into any Sheetz and get a free package of their

It didn’t take long for my ex’s family to post pictures of today’s bar b que on Facebook. After the hour and a half drive home and a quick shower to wash all of the day’s dirt, grime and sweat off of me, I went online and found several messages in my email informing me of all of the Facebook posts that had either our name(s) and/or our pictures

Why is it that when you think about someone you usually end up seeing them or hearing from them!? I have been thinking about one of my girlfriends the past couple of weeks on and off. Then today out of the blue I get a call from her. That may not seem all that strange, but the thing is we haven’t talked in about 3 years. She moved out of state, is married and has three kids so her free time is limited. I usually work late at night so we are on totally different schedules, so emails are going to have to be the way to go these days, instead of long distance phone calls.
