Good Old Cottage Cheese

I have really  found a new appreciation for cottage cheese! I’ve always liked my cottage cheese and I’ve put all sorts of fruits in it from time to time to sort of liven up the flavor a bit. Not that I don’t like it plain, I actually prefer it plain, but every once in a while I just have to have that little extra bit of flavor.

Usually for breakfast or even a late evening snack, I’d add a few bits of fruit such as blueberries or sliced peaches or strawberries. But tonight I tried it with vegetables mixed in! Yes sir I did. I started with just a few pieces of lettuce and some shredded carrot. I liked it, so I tried some a little later with some of those cherry tomatoes cut in half, I was hooked. Now I can enjoy my cottage cheese that much more and be satisfied that I have eaten a bit more healthy.

Pump It Up

Lately I have been very interested in creating my old worn body into the masterpiece I once used to be. I had gone onto the Internet to find something that would help me accomplish this goal. I had came across the perfect website called illpumpyouup.com. They offered so many great products with awesome prices that I just couldn’t make my mind up at first, but this website not only offered all these wonderful products but they also offer all the information about all of them so you could become more educated about what your buying and taking.

I found BSN Syntha 6 which is an Extended Release Protein Blend that is formulated with fast, medium and slow digesting proteins to sustain amino acid levels over a long interval, while increasing protein synthesis, and repairing damaged muscle tissue. Its protein matrix consists of ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate, Micellar alpha and beta case-ins, micro-filtered WPI, egg albumen, calcium caseinate, and milk protein concentrate. It is low in carbs and lactose, making it the perfect choice for everyone who is seeking sustained protein delivery to promote optimal rates of protein synthesis without a ton of extra fat and carbohydrate calories. I cant wait until I reach my goals with illpumpyouup.com by my side helping me along the way of my success.

Way Too Much Energy

Well this morning I had gone to the little gas station down the street from my house, where I purchased a drink called Monster thinking it was just to boost you up a little bit for the day ahead. Unfortunately about 5 hours after drinking it, I had experienced jittery bursts out of no where, and I couldn’t stop thinking about everything at the quick speed it was going.

I got so ahead of myself that I ended up spilling hot coffee all over my white blouse that I had on, what a mess! Now I’m worn out and I feel like I ran 8 miles with no break, about to pass out. Be aware of these drinks they cant be too healthy for you.

Heated Socks, way to go for winter warmth

I spend a good amount of time outside during the winter months, I have always been the outdoor type of person and having outside fun all year round is just a part of me that takes over. I do notice that I have been having a harder time keeping my feet and hands warm during the winter and have decided to go online and see what there is to offer in the way of heated socks.

I was surprised to find so many different types and brands and prices that I found, making a decision is becoming a pain in the rear. Some times having a larger selection to choose from overwhelms me and I find that I can’t make a decision and it pisses me off.  So I’ve decided to book mark the sites and go back to it at a later date, just not too much later. Winter is rearing it’s ugly head all ready and the good times are waiting right out side my door, there are pirating adventures just ahead!

Starbucks is helping

Today I actually got a second mocha with whipped creame, I do love those so, but getting this second one put my espresso intake at about 5 shots within just a few hours, so I decided to get a bottle of water to help ease the stress on the kidneys. I was quite impressed with the cool shape of the water bottle I received from Starbucks, and then found it even cooler after reading the label.

Ethos water, helping children get clean water it says. That’s all I need to know to enjoy buying this water, and drinking it made me feel good emotionally, and physically too. It tastes good, and it helps some needy kids, why can’t all things that taste good do that for the world?
