Starbucks is helping

Today I actually got a second mocha with whipped creame, I do love those so, but getting this second one put my espresso intake at about 5 shots within just a few hours, so I decided to get a bottle of water to help ease the stress on the kidneys. I was quite impressed with the cool shape of the water bottle I received from Starbucks, and then found it even cooler after reading the label.

Ethos water, helping children get clean water it says. That’s all I need to know to enjoy buying this water, and drinking it made me feel good emotionally, and physically too. It tastes good, and it helps some needy kids, why can’t all things that taste good do that for the world?

Health Care Reform

I like that the Democrats are pushing for health care reform. That is the main reason that I have an interest in Hillary Clinton. With her in depth research from years ago to her new influence and connections, if Hillary is elected we have a good chance, as a nation, to see some great improvements in access to health care for every citizen.

I have always loved the fact that Canada and England provide basic health care to all citizens and I think the U.S. needs to use their program as a model or basis for our own reform.

Turning heads at my new tan

I have been tanning for a couple of weeks now and since summer is arriving real soon, I mean a pirating wench has to look nice and healthy and all and it has paid off big time, just about everywhere I go the guys are turning and staring at me and that definatly makes me feel good. I love my tan and how it makes the turning of heads where ever I go. My customers at the bar are really giving me a hard time about it though, always ragging on me about skin cancer and that issue, which I know is important.

The important thing to remember, is to wear plenty of sunscreen and to remember to moisturize your skin after sun bathing because it is very important for the later years of life and no one wants to get skin cancer. I am glad the summer is here and I’m looking forward to going to the beach every now and then over the weekend to do some fun in the sun.
