It is so great that there has been such an outcry and that that outcry was heard and that action was finally taken on the need for a whole lot more plus size clothing styles and options for today’s curvy female population. And I guess for the male gender as well, I certainly can’t leave that whole species out of the situation. I have always been a plus size and most likely will be for the remainder of my life. I’ve dieted, worked out, taken all kinds of wait loss products and have realized that it just is what it is!

I think society has been more tolerant towards the male population and their weight and body style issues, since it has always been acceptable for the man to get married and put on the weight from his new brides cooking and of course her sweet love. But women are pretty much been expected to maintain a low weight and a certain body weight no matter what she endures in her life and her various life style choices that women find themselves in.

I’d like to see even more plus size clothing in the stores, but I’m just glad to see that things are really progressing as well as more people taking their weight and health issues seriously.

O.K. this is a pretty cool concept that I stumbled onto just now on the Internet. What you don’t receive is any software or hardware, no type of equipment what so ever in order to take advantage of their money saving offer.

I’m going to run this across my brother and see if he would go online and see what he thinks. He has his own business that makes it necessary that he makes a lot of international phone calls and receives as many as well. I’m not sure what company he is using right now, but I’ll let him know that it may prove to be a good thing to check into.

Today was just crazy, we actually got about 4 inches of snow. First time we have had snow in October is many, many years, that I can remember. The road were not all too bad, but the one overpass down by K-mart was nothing but a sheet of ice. The even had police officers stationed at either end warning people about the slick condition of the darn thing, which was greatly appreciated!

After coming home and sufficiently drying off and warming up, I spent some time doing a bit of Christmas shopping on the Internet since we were one of the lucky ones that didn’t lose their power due to all of the snow. I’ve been meaning to get started on some of the holiday shopping and all the snow kind of put me in the spirit for a time being.

He is always in need of new uniforms to wear for work at the hospital that he spends so much of his time each day trying to save the world and provide for his new family. I think that it will be a good gift for him this year, something that he can always use and hopefully like.

Had to go to court with a friend today, went along for moral support, not a place that I enjoy going to at all no matter who has to go up in front of the judge. Thank goodness it all worked out, the charges were dropped and we were out of there in just a couple of hours, which was a nice change of pace. I have not had to go there in several years but usually that place is jammed packed with people and it is an all day affair, so today was a good day all the way around.

One thing that I noticed is that they are still using a real person for their Court Reporting Services, which surprised me. I could have sworn that by now that position had been replaced by one of today’s technologies, which seems to be happening more often than not these days, which really bums me out to see people’s job being taken away like that. I’m a real stinker when it comes to that issue. I’m the type that even refuses to use the self check-out aisle at the stores around here that are utilizing this new concept. I want as many people working as possible, with so many people out of work, losing their homes, their cars and so many other things that they have worked so hard to acquire we need to have as many people out there working!
