I think there is nothing as silly looking as an old man driving a sports car. The weather was wonderful today, and while I was driving home from running errands I saw an old man driving a convertible sports car with the top down. I wanted to shout at him “You look so silly, old man!”
But, that would be very rude of me! So I just shook my head and kept quiet!
Whenever I see an old man driving a sports car like that, it makes me think that he is trying desperately to feel young and sexy once again. I guess there is nothing wrong with that, but I think it makes them look desperate and sad. Like old women in mini-skirts and plunging necklines look desperate and sad!

If you can not afford to get a blog or know how to set one up or whatever the reason don’t worry, there are plenty of places out there that offer free blogs for you to write with. The first is Wordpress.com and is the best one to use when writing a blog online through a free service.
The second is named Blogger and is run by Google. If you don’t like either of those, then try out blog.com and see if they have what you like. I think all three of them are good!
Good Luck and Happy Blogging!

I was surfing the net today and found a web-site that goes by, roguesandromance.blogspot.com where I found a post that was discussing a new book by the name of “The Pirate Wench”, which authored by Melinda Barron. After taking a look at the description of the book I knew instantly that I had to order it right away. The cost was only $5.95 and they accepted payment through Pay Pal, which is great for me, I had the whole ordering process done in less than 3 minutes, beats the hell out of taking a trip to the bookstore, now doesn’t it.
One of my favorite things is taking a nice hot bubble bath and soaking these old bones while reading a good book. I’m so happy to find this site and it looks like they have several more books that I am excited to see, so I am bookmarking this site for future purchases and some interesting information also.

Ahoy Mateys! This be Cheryl Beckham, the loyal bar keeping wrench, from the suburbs of the Greater Metropolitan - Washington D.C. area where I have found that Piracy is still alive and kickin’, if you know the right people and the right places to go.
So welcome to my adventures of a thirty-something Pirate Wench, we’ll sail a few high seas together and see what this old world has in store for us all. Fair warning though, a Pirate Lass has to protect herself, and what better way than with a sharp tongue, so if Ye don’t like it - walk the plank, fish bait!
